Sandwich panels are self-supporting elements with an outer covering shell, usually made of metal, and an inner covering shell, which can be made of metal, synthetic or other materials. Both cover shells are connected shear resistantly to an insulating core, which can be either polyurethane (for best insulation values) or rock or mineral wool (for best fire protection properties and sound insulation values).

Multi-skin sheets are suitable for bringing light into the building at a reasonable price, while at the same time they offer high stability and, depending on the version, thermal insulation. They are available as a mounting system with frame resp. connectors made of aluminium or plastic.

Roofing and cladding in the classic look of a trapezoidal metal sheet. Corrugated or wave profiles usually consist of fully galvanised and colour-coated high-grade steel, but they can also be made of aluminium, stainless steel, dyed-through plastic or copper. If used for cladding a wall, profiled sheets can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

The light and ventilation ridge

Generally, the most efficient point for natural daylight and good ventilation is at the highest point of the building. With O-METALL you get insulated and non-insulated light and ventilation ridges with static or variable ventilation cross sections.

O-METALL light panels and double skin sheets ensure the incidence of daylight into buildings and are provided with an excellent and durable UV protection. They can be used for roof and wall applications. Synthetic light panels are compatible with many of our profiles, both for sandwich elements (insulated) and for non-insulated profile sheets.

The spacers

For roof mounting of light panels, we recommend fixation in the upper belt with spacers and caps. This way a deformation of the upper corrugation is avoided, while the light panel can expand normally without appearing of leaks at the screw connections.

The gate profile

Our gate and wall profiles (2.104,5, 10.100, 15.76) convince with their excellent corrosion protection, with the long service life and a large choice of standard colours. Thanks to the smallest possible profile height (from 2mm) they are best suited as door or gate cladding. Notwithstanding, they can also be used for cladding the wall (substructure with small distances between supports or solid planking).

Flashing piece for protection purposes and for covering corners. In most cases O-METALL edged parts are produced individually to measure. Therefore, within the scope of the technical feasibility they are freely selectable in terms of design and side length. The box gutter

The O-METALL® box gutter is a flexible, individually made to measure gutter system for your building. The gutter is produced according to your requirements, dimensions, material thickness, matching the roof pitch, type of coating or colour. The box gutter is available either in hot-dip galvanised steel with a polyester colour coating, simply galvanised or in an Aluzinc coating.

The anti-condensation fleece

O-METALL® Aqua-Therm® anti-condensation fleece reduces the risk of dripping condensation caused by temperature changes. The fleece is hot bonded to the back of the coated steel sheet. It is weatherproof and resistant to fungal and bacterial growth.
