Crimp curved profiled sheets
With help of a bending / deep-drawing process special O-METALL® profiled sheets with a corrugation height up to 50mm obtain a radius following your requested dimensions. This production process offers very aesthetic solutions for curved roofs, fascia and eaves. Together with appropriate round-shaped flashings the metal roof gives a particularly attractive architectural form.
O-METALL® SANDWICH PANEL ROOF VARIO
The Vario sandwich roof consists in a crimp curved sandwich panel roof and is dedicated to exclusive architectural applications. Depending on the architectural concept, this product allows to create round roof covers with different bending radii of any kind. The outer shelf of the Vario sandwich panel roof can be supplied either in steel or in aluminium. Curved panels are currently available in 4 different thicknesses, depending on the requested thermal insulation. O-METALL®: synonym of innovative solutions for the building industry.
