PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The O-METALL^® sandwich panel wall with PIR/PUR insulation core combines excellent thermal insulation properties with a good fire behaviour. A high degree of prefabrication and the fast and cost-effective mounting make the O-METALL^® sandwich panel a particularly economic solution for the agricultural sector, industrial and commercial construction and also for private applications. For the outer and inner shell, you can choose among the optical profiles “slightly lined” (LL), “micro lined” (ML) and “flat” (GL). You can also choose between the variants “visible fixing” (SB) and “hidden fixing” (VB). The mounting of the O-METALL^® sandwich panel wall with “visible fixing” is done through the panels as a direct screw connection, which guarantees a high load transfer. In opposition to this, no screws remain visible on the façade if wall panels with “hidden fixing” are used. Fixing is done with help of sealing screws and load distribution plates. Both variants combine in one single product aesthetics, excellent thermal insulation and very good fire protection properties. For technical reasons, it is possible that the panel joint and the cover width may vary depending on the production plant and core thickness.
