OMEGA PROFILE
Omega profiles serve as an alternative to wooden battens and as a support for the roof and wall profiles. Thanks to the many different sizes and thicknesses, larger distances can be bridged. Wall and roof panels can be fixed with self-drilling screws right to the Omega profiles.
L-PROFILES
L-profiles, or corners, can in the steel construction sector be used as holders, stiffeners or as wind bracing. Thanks to the different dimensions and thicknesses, L-profiles can be used for countless applications.
SQUARE BAR
Various cross-sections are available for square bars. Their conception makes them both light and stable and they are used e.g. for outdoor facilities, terraces and verandas. Similar to the Omega-profiles, the façade elements can be fixed right to the steel bars with the help of self-drilling screws.
ROUND BAR
The round bar can be used for the same applications as the square tube. It has largely the same properties. With their different possible dimensions, they fulfil an aesthetic aspect and are characterised by their flexibility in design.
EXAMPLE OF USE
Steel beams or “flange beams” are used in both industrial and commercial construction but also in the private sector. Thanks to the variety of forms and dimensions, there are hardly any limits to your planned construction project. Whether for small or large construction projects, whether for small or large spaces between girders they play the role of a load-bearing structure or as structure for a flat or pitched roof – almost every project can be realised.
Only following the calculation from a structural engineer the necessary steel beams are determined based on the given loads. These calculations are decisive in the selection of the respective product. In addition, the two factors dead weight and dimensions must be taken into account when selecting the right item.
