August 15th is Assumption Day
Thursday August 15th is the feast day of the Assumption of Mary. A holiday that commemorates the Assumption of Mary into heaven and is accompanied by masses and processions, especially at places of pilgrimage – dedicated to the Virgin Mary. In several European countries, the Assumption of Mary is a public holiday.
Our companies Heinerscheid in Luxembourg and Ried im Traunkreis in Austria do not have a bridge day on Friday and are open for you as usual, but will remain closed on Thursday due to the public holiday. So if you have a bridge day on Friday and still need goods, feel free to come by and pick up your desired goods directly from us.
Our German companies Heidweiler in the Eifel and Dahme in the Spreewald will remain open for you as usual. We look forward to your visit.
