Dear customers,

Due to the current Corona legal situation in Germany, we regret to inform you that our location in Dahme/Mark is closed to the private public until further notice. Commercial customers are excluded from this regulation.

As a private customer, you are welcome to use our Click & Collect system. You can make a request online or by phone and, after placing a written order or payment, make an appointment to collect the goods from our warehouse by contactless takeover. You can find our current stock of goods at https://www.o-metall.com/en/stock/.

As a special service, we reduce the transport costs by 50% of all truck deliveries (private and commercial for occasional additional loads). This offer applies to deliveries of stock goods within a radius of 150km from Dahme/Mark. Of course in compliance with the legal hygiene regulations.

Please note that the delivery of the goods will still be contactless. This means that the truck driver remains in the vehicle upon arrival and unfortunately cannot assist you with the unloading.

INFOS ON THE CURRENT MARKET SITUATION

Dear customers,

As you know, many of our competitors and other companies active in the building industry are increasingly experiencing massive supply difficulties.Thanks to our strategic purchasing management for input materials and the huge stock of finished goods, both trapezoidal sheets and sandwich panels for roofs and walls, we and you as our customers have so far been spared.

However, we see an increased risk that, due to the continuing price explosion (also for the second half of 2021!) and a possible further shortage of raw materials and primary materials (this concerns both steel products and isocyanates and polyols for the production of sandwich elements), there may be delivery problems in individual production segments and extended delivery times in the future. For upcoming projects, we therefore recommend that you bring forward orders to the earliest possible date and allow for possible longer delivery times in your schedule.

Of course, we continue to keep our large stock of immediately available stock items and special items including accessories ready for your short-term needs, which you can either pick up yourself at one of our warehouse locations or have delivered at favourable conditions.

CURRENT SUPPLY BOTTLENECKS AND PRICE SITUATION

O-METALL Group, March 31st 2021

Without any doubt, the today’s situation is unpleasant. Unfortunately, due to current shortness of supplies from suppliers and due to the prevailing steel and chemical price situation, we are currently unable to submit binding offers for the long-term.

At the moment, the capacities of upstream suppliers are almost completely exhausted, so that only the current day-to-day business, under acceptance of significant upward price corrections, can partially be managed.

Despite these significant price increases at a short-term there is no improvement in sight.

We regret this situation very much and thank you for your kind understanding.
